TEMPORARY Opening of Wait List
We will temporarily open our wait list for Kūlia @ Ho`opili for two weeks from April 28, 2025 and ending on Friday, May 9, 2025. In order to have the required date stamp for each application submitted, we ask that you MAIL in and not hand-deliver your application. Only applications received in the mail from the U.S. postal service postmarked April 28 through May 9, 2025 will be processed.
All applications received with the appropriate date stamps will then be randomly selected through a third-party lottery process and assigned a number on our wait list. You will receive notification from Kūlia via postcard on your place on the waitlist around June 2025.
The applicant holding the lowest lottery number shall have the first opportunity to be screened for the available unit for their family size. The next lowest lottery number will then get the next opportunity and so forth. We will use our wait list of applications to place residents in limited units as they become available. Unfortunately, applicants that do not respond by the deadlines or do not accept the unit offered them will lose their opportunity for an apartment and will be sent a rejection letter.
You can download our Application for Housing (pdf) and mail your completed and signed application:
